Join me for the morning to welcome the arrival of spring, embracing the renewal and fresh energy it brings. We’ll start by settling in with a warm drink, allowing ourselves to fully arrive, followed by a 15-minute meditation to ground and centre ourselves for the morning. I’ll then, guide us through a gentle 50-minute yoga practice to connect your body and mind with the season’s rhythms, awakening the sense of possibility, growth and new beginnings.
After our practice, we’ll pause to enjoy an Acai bowl brunch and take time to reflect and journal our intentions for the season ahead.
Together we’ll shed the winter chill, nurture your inner light, and welcome spring with a renewed sense of balance in both body and mind.
This is your time to breathe deeply, clear away the fog of winter, and embrace the beauty of the season’s changes.
What to Expect:
Shed the Winter Chill – Move through gentle yoga poses to awaken and nourish your body. We’ll twist away tension, open our hearts and clear any lingering shadows from winter to create energy and a sense of lightness.
Connect to Yourself – Immerse yourself in a guided meditation that aligns you with the rhythm of your breath and the vibrant energy of the spring season. Picture sunlight warming your heart, dissolving any doubt or worry.
Sew the Seeds of Spring – Capture the spirit of the equinox by planting seeds of intention for the new season. Envision yourself blooming alongside spring flowers, nurturing these seeds with reflection and inner discovery.
Ignite Your Inner Radiance – As you nurture these intentions with mindfulness, feel your inner light gently come alive, discovering a renewed sense of energy, lightness, and joy as you embrace the season of renewal.
