Finding Your Flow

Inclusivity is at the heart of the Yoga Communitea. I understand that bodies come in all shapes and sizes, and that's something to celebrate! I always provide a variety of props (blocks, straps, bolsters) to help you find the perfect alignment in each pose, and their use is always encouraged. I’ll also offer variations for each pose, allowing you to listen to your body and choose the level of challenge that feels right for you. Some days you might feel energised and ready to push a little further, while other days might call for a more gentle approach. Honour your body's needs and trust your intuition.
