Gentle Yoga Flow

Relaxation Flow and Meditation

Energising Flow

Awaken your mind and body with this Energising Flow. We'll explore moving with intention, linking breath and movement in a continuous flow designed to energise your body, build strength, and experience a renewed sense of inner peace and mental calmness.

Mindfulness Meditation 

Find stillness and clarity within. This 60-minute mindfulness meditation class draws inspiration from Vipassana meditation, guiding you towards present-moment awareness and inner peace through gentle focused observation. Suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators, this class offers a supportive space to cultivate calmness and self-awareness.

Chair Yoga Flow

This gentle class uses poses accessible from a chair, guiding you through mindful movements to release tension, improve flexibility, and find deep relaxation. Feel the stress melt away as you move your body and nourish your mind in this calming and accessible practice.
