Yoga for Pregnancy

Pregnancy is an exciting and sometimes challenging journey, and my prenatal yoga classes are designed to help you prepare your body for birth, relieve common pregnancy discomforts, and strengthen the connection between you and your baby. Through gentle movements, mindfulness, and relaxation techniques, I focus on strengthening, releasing tension, and calming both your body and mind.

Here’s What You Need to Know:

If you’re 12 weeks pregnant or more, you’re welcome to join any of my group yoga classes.

As you move into the later stages of pregnancy, I recommend a 1-1 session to better prepare your body for birth. This will allow me to tailor the practice to your specific needs and provide more focused support as you approach your due date.

Postpartum Yoga

The postpartum period is a time for healing and recovery. My postpartum yoga classes are designed to support new mothers in regaining strength, rebuilding core muscles, and restoring balance to the body after birth. These gentle classes will help you ease back into movement, restore energy, and address any physical or emotional changes you might be experiencing.

 Here’s What You Need to Know:

After 12 weeks postpartum, you’re welcome to join any of my group yoga classes.

If you have a specific area you’d like to focus on or are dealing with any weaknesses or discomforts, I recommend a 1-1 session. This allows me to provide personalised guidance and work with you on your individual needs.

Yoga is about feeling supported. I create a welcoming space where you can connect with yourself, your body, your baby and other like-minded individuals.
