I had never tried yoga before but started with Holly a few months ago and won’t look back! 🧘‍♀️

Holly makes the sessions feel calm, and also makes everyone feel super welcome no matter your ability! I feel super energised and refreshed after each session. Not only is she a fab Instructor but also lovely in general 💗

I am really enjoying getting back into yoga and Holly has such a lovely, calming nature and makes the classes feel relaxed, yet fun.

I have been suffering with a frozen shoulder for over a year now and I have noticed the classes have really eased the pain off.

After attending Holly’s yoga classes for the last couple of months, I would highly recommend the classes and full moon workshops. Holly provides an accessible yoga class which provides both opportunities to relax and challenge. As well as the sessions, the class is developing a lovely community of friendly and welcoming people with new people joining all the time. I joined alone and was instantly included and felt welcome. The full moon meditation classes offer a great monthly opportunity to stop, reflect and have a refresh for the upcoming month. I can’t recommend these enough and have seen huge improvements in my flexibility, strength and wellbeing since starting at Yoga Communitea.

My intention is to create a warm, welcoming space where you can unwind, connect with others, and shift from your head into to your body.
